My name is Margaretha Madoures. I am a psychologist (MSc. Clinical Psychology) and relaxation therapist based in Helsinki, Finland.
I work with private clients on a variety of topics from stress- to time management as well as self-organization. Of course, you can also come with other topics to me and we can discuss whether I can help you in during a free get-to-know phone call. I will never have sessions with you unless I am convinced that our work can be beneficial for you.

I am taking clients at the moment. You can contact me through my contact form with questions. Do not hesitate to contact me, even if you are unsure whether my services are for you. You can trust that I have your best interest in mind and will not take you on as a client if I believe that you would be in better hands with someone else.

This is my personal website on which I regularly post blog posts related to mental health and well-being.
You can subscribe to my blog or contact me with inquiries about sessions.

Work with me:

Are you struggling with goal setting, time management or feel generally too overwhelmed to make changes in your life? I can help you with that. I have a MSc. in Clinical Psychology and several years of experience working with clients who struggle with similar issues.

My approach is personalized to your needs. My goal is to find solutions with you that you can use immediately and make noticeable changes straight away. I believe that everyone is capable of living a life in which they feel in control. It is completely normal to require some help sometimes. Nobody is born with a route map on how to succeed in life. Together we can develop your map that will guide you towards a better future.

If you are interested in making sustainable changes, lower your stress levels and feel more in control of your life, contact me. We can discuss what you would like to be working on and how I can help you in a short, free get-to-know phone call.
